Key Responsibilities

- Understand the production schedule.
- Collaborate effectively with Production, Purchasing, and other EOS DS stakeholders to prioritise and complete tasks in alignment with business requirements and EOS systems and procedures.
- Warehouse duties including packing of systems and equipment, preparation for shipment, gathering weight and dimensional data, loading vehicles, undertaking forklift operations, and assembling packing crates.
- Assemble, modify, test and inspect assemblies and finished product in accordance with established quality, operation standards and manufacturing process instructions to meet Production targets.
- Use and refer to EOS technical documentation to complete daily production activities.
- Complete relevant documentation to ensure traceability and accountability, i.e. Job Cards, Level 2 Test Documents etc on a timely basis.
- Monitor and report any quality issues to the Warehouse Supervisor.
- Participate in scheduled and ad hoc stocktakes and cycle counts as required.
- Report any inventory transactions, stock movements offsite or material returns undertaken onsite appropriately in conformance with EOS’ agreed processes, and in a timely manner to maintain system integrity and stock accuracy.
- Help coordinate the safe and efficient loading or unloading of goods using appropriate materials handling equipment and tethers under the guidance of Warehouse Supervisor and vehicle drivers in order to meet the requirements of Chain of Responsibility legislation.
- Actively contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by adapting to changes in procedures, technologies, and work practices.
- Operate in accordance with workplace health and safety (WHS) standards, proactively identifying and reporting hazards or incidents to management.
- Operate equipment safely, following WHS guidelines and Safe Working Methods Statements/Procedures.
- Select appropriate physical racking/storage spaces at the site for efficiency and space optimisation.
- Assist in the segregation and disposal of approved scrap materials, including hazardous substances or ITAR controlled materials, in compliance with EOS procedures and safety standards.
- Ensure and contribute to a clean, tidy work environment, and ensure that the floorspace remains presentable to customers, external visitors as required.
- Assess and apply appropriate packing methods to avoid damage during transport.




- Manage stock levels and seek to procure appropriate packing materials as required.
- Assist in the movement of materials and cleaning and preparation of the site for customer visits, demonstrations, Town Hall meetings, and other events as directed.
- Safely load and drive company vehicles to deliver and pick up materials for inter-site transfers within the ACT region.
- Provide support to Materials Handlers / Materials Specialists for materials handling and movement when tasked.
- Perform tasks and other duties as required by the Warehouse Supervisor, Purchasing team, and other EOS DS stakeholders to prioritise and complete tasks in alignment with business requirements and EOS systems and procedures.
