About the Role
As a Diploma Qualified Educator,
you'll work alongside an experienced and supportive team to deliver high-quality education and care within a funded 3 and 4-year-old Kindergarten program.
You'll help create engaging, play-based learning experiences where children feel safe, confident and inspired to learn.
In this role you will:
- Deliver engaging play-based learning experiences
- Build meaningful relationships with children and families
- Support children's learning, wellbeing and developmentContribute to educational planning and documentation
- Foster inclusive, respectful and child-safe learning environments
- Collaborate with a passionate and supportive team
About You
You'll be someone who genuinely loves working with children and values building positive relationships with families and colleagues.
Essential Requirements
- Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Current Employee Working with Children Check
- Current National Police Check
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications
- Mandatory Reporting and Food Safety certificates
You’ll Also Bring
- Experience working in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF)
- Robust communication and relationship-building skills
- A collaborative, positive and flexible approach
- A genuine commitment to providing high-quality outcomes for children
