If so, Europcar has an exciting opportunity for you! We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Station Manager to lead our Loganholme team on a full time basis. In this exciting role you will oversee the operations of the station and will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining fleet and driving revenue growth.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of Loganholme
- Effectively control station costs to achieve financial targets
- All aspects of staff management including recruitment and performance
- Lead a team to promote a positive team culture
- Actively seek ways to increase initiations within the location
- Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase profitability
- Increasing vehicle utilisation and fleet availability

To be considered, you should possess:

- Proven experience in the car rental industry or similar role
- Robust leadership and team management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as intermediate computer skills
- Financial literacy and the ability to drive station revenue growth
- The ability to thrive under pressure and a resilient attitude
- Some fleet management experience (highly desirable)
- Valid Australian driver's license with a clean driving record
- Current and ongoing Australian work rights

Ende des 19. Jahrhunderts war das Auto ein Luxus, der der Elite vorbehalten war, aber es interessierte alle und zog die Massen an: 1898 fand in Paris die erste Autoschau statt. Die Autovermietung wird einige Jahre später jenseits des Atlantiks das Licht der Welt erblicken, aber ihre Entwicklung wird durch den Ersten und dann durch den Zweiten Weltkrieg gestoppt. In der Nachkriegszeit greift ein Pariser Unternehmer die Idee wieder auf: "Wenn man es sich nicht leisten kann, ein Auto zu kaufen, warum mietet man es nicht, wenn man es braucht?". Sein Name war Raoul-Louis Mattei und 1949 gründete er "L'Abonnement Automobile": ein Unternehmen, aus dem später die Compagnie Internationale Europcars, dann Europcar, wurde. Der Hauptsitz in der Rue du Champ de Mars 11 umfasste auch eine Autovermietung. Der Erfolg des Unternehmens folgte schnell, da die Autovermietung einem echten Bedarf entsprach. 1951 war l'Abonnement Automobile das erste Unternehmen für Autovermietung ohne Fahrer und seine Flotte zählte 750 4 CV. Heute verfügt die Europcar Mobility Group durchschnittlich über 200.000 Fahrzeuge und bedient 5 Millionen Kunden in mehr als 140 Ländern.
