The ProgramManager APY Lands is a role within SA Housing Trust and accountableto the Senior Manager, Specialist Aboriginal Programs isresponsible for the management and delivery of property and tenancyservices to residents in social housing in APY Land communities,Coober Pedy and Dunjiba.

The role willmanage and coordinate specific program activities, planning,resources, services, and initiatives, developing internal andexternal networks, and opportunities for serviceconnection.

The role willalso provide leadership, management and guidance to SA HousingTrust staff to facilitate the achievement of key performanceindicators whilst monitoring and analysing regional reports, trendsand risks, and develops appropriate strategies inresponse.

SpecialConditions

- Successful applicantwill be required to satisfactorily complete a National PoliceClearance prior to being employed.
- Successful applicantwill be required to satisfactorily complete a DHS ScreeningUnit Working with Children Check prior to being employed andevery 5 years.
- Thesuccessful applicant may be required to hold a currentAustralian issued Drivers Licence, which must bemaintained.
- Appointment will be to aspecific Region within SA Housing Trust with possible movementto any other Region depending on organisation needs. Theincumbent may be assigned to any other area to perform work ofa similar nature appropriate to the classification on atemporary or continuing basis.




- Significant intrastate,regional and remote travel is necessary, together with someinterstate travel necessitating overnight absences, withovernight stays.
- Workingarrangements that support rotation in remote and non-remotelocations.
- Theincumbent in the role is a Mandated Notifier of child abuseunder the Children and Young People (Safety) Act2017.
