Ready to lead SEO strategy for some of Australia's biggest brands? We're hiring an SEO Manager to join our organic search practice, working closely with our Head of SEO to lead the strategy and quality of SEO work across our biggest accounts. You'll be a trusted, senior voice for clients and colleagues who need organic search that actually moves the needle.

What you'll do

- Own end-to-end SEO & AEO strategy and delivery across key client accounts, technical audits, keyword strategy, on-page optimisation and content recommendations
- Set the standard for SEO reporting, using GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Screaming Frog and equivalent tools
- Actively contribute towards budget planning and resource allocation
- Translate algorithm updates and platform changes into timely, actionable client recommendations
- Act as a trusted SEO voice in client relationships, WIPs and strategic reviews




- Contribute SEO insights and ideas to new business and pitch opportunities

What you'll bring

- 4+ years of SEO experience in an agency or performance-driven environment, with proven leadership experience
- Solid understanding of content, UX and technical SEO & AEO working in harmony
- Confidence leading discussions, developing people and owning outcomes
- A curious, proactive mindset and genuine passion for the digital space
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word and project management tools
