As a Validation & Service Technician at Rhima Australia Pty Ltd, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' medical equipment. Based in Sydney, NSW, this part-time or full-time position will have you travelling to customer sites to provide expert validation and maintenance services. You'll be an integral part of our dedicated team, contributing to the overall success and growth of the company.
What you'll be doing
- Attend customer sites across metro and regional locations to conduct validation testing on medical washer disinfection equipment. Including interstate travel where required.
- Accurately record, document, and report validation results, ensuring all data is compliant and fault free.
- Identify and escalate any performance, compliance, or safety issues identified during validation.
- Work closely with internal teams and customers to ensure all equipment meets operational and compliance expectations.
- Perform maintenance, fault finding, and repairs as required during site visits.
- Support installation and commissioning of equipment where required.
- Work collaboratively with the service team to ensure high-quality outcomes and efficient scheduling.
- Stay up to date with new product lines, validation standards, and technical developments.
What we're looking for
- High attention to detail,
particularly in validation accuracy and documentation
- Strong time management and ability to work independently in the field
- Strong computer skills
- Background with technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and repair a range of medical equipment is helpful
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach
- Effective communication skills to liaise with clients and the internal team
- A valid driver's licence and the ability to travel to customer sites as required
- Relevant trade qualifications or certifications
