VIC Uni & TAFE Students: Stop Applying Into the Void

What this actually is

You've probably sat through an employability class before. Maybe it was compulsory. Maybe someone walked you through how to write a cover letter or prep for a behavioural interview. This isn't that.

Every class is an “audition”.

Each week is structured around three things:

- LEARN (workplace skills and how to promote yourself, taught by a professional marketing strategist),

- MEET (recent people and hiring managers to increase your network), and

- REFLECT (what you did, what landed, what you'd do differently).

No lectures. No hypotheticals. Just you, showing what you can do, and the chance to practice in front of industry professionals who might be your future boss or work colleague!

We’re preparing you for a variety of work — marketing, admin, tech support, business services, etc. — from a variety of clients in the Tech, Financial and Business Services sectors.

What you'll get

Who we're looking for

- Students looking for paid work

- Currently enrolled at a Victorian university or TAFE (any course, domestic or international students welcome)

- Reliable. Responsive. Flexible.

- Genuinely curious and comfortable not knowing everything yet

Why this exists The "spray and pray" approach — sending out hundreds of applications and hope — is broken. We built this program because we believe context beats content, and relationships beat résumés.

This is our second cohort, first in Melbourne!

You'll be helping shape something new. Places are capped at 30, with a waitlist.
