You've probably sat through an employability class before. Maybe it was compulsory. Maybe someone walked you through how to write a cover letter or prep for a behavioural interview. This isn't that. Every class is an “audition”.

Each week is structured around three things: LEARN (workplace skills and how to promote yourself, taught by a skilled marketing strategist), MEET (new people and hiring managers to increase your network), and REFLECT (what you did, what landed, what you'd do differently). No lectures. No hypotheticals.

Just you, showing what you can do, and the chance to practice in front of industry professionals who might be your future boss or work colleague! We’re preparing you for a variety of work — marketing, admin, tech support, business services, etc. — from a variety of clients in the Tech, Financial and Business Services sectors. What you'll get
