The Opportunity

We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Vehicle Delivery Specialist to join our team at our Northgate branch.

In this hands-on role, you’ll be the face of Right2Drive , delivering accident replacement vehicles to customers and ensuring every interaction is friendly, professional, and stress-free.

You’ll help customers complete documentation, maintain vehicle presentation standards, and ensure every delivery and collection runs smoothly. It’s a role that combines customer service, attention to detail, and pride in doing things right.

What You’ll Be Responsible For





- Delivering accident replacement vehicles to customers and referrers in a timely and professional manner
- Ensuring fleet vehicles are clean, maintained, and ready for use
- Assisting customers with required documentation and system submissions
- Providing outstanding customer service and representing Right2Drive with care and professionalism

You’ll also bring

- A valid driver’s licence and clean driving record
- Robust communication and customer service skills

- Experience in customer-facing or service-based roles (highly regarded)
