What’s the role? We are looking for a Vehicle Sales Team Leader.This role is to lead and ensure the efficient, customer and delivery-focused operation of the Vehicle Sales team.
Key Responsibilities include
Leading a motivated, customer focused and efficient sales team of Vehicle Consultants
Contributing to the development of sales strategy, new business and delivery of growthtargets
Promoting customer excellence and engagement in all interactions to ensure industryleading levels of satisfaction
Contributing to development and delivery of multi-channel customer engagement strategy
Developing the capability of Vehicle Consultants to deliver key metrics and targets
Contributing to the development and delivery of sales frameworks with related KPIsand incentive programs
Providing leadership, support and mentoring to team members and undertaking regularone-to-one meetings, team meetings, training and coaching sessions
Contributing to the development of new initiatives,
including the identification of opportunities to improve the efficiency of work processes and the implementation of changes in the workplace
Recruiting and inducting operations team members
Supporting client retention by achieving consistently high Net Promotor Scores
Analysing performance, highlighting problem areas and identifying improvement actions
Managing and resolving escalations and complex business issues
Who you are
At least 24 months experience in a Sales Leadership role (within a Motor Vehicle Leasing or Financial Services environment)
Proven ability to comprehend legislation and compliance around Financial products and related Leasing products
