About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Vehicle Sales Consultant to join our team in Tuncurry, NSW.

In this role, you will manage the complete customer journey, from initial enquiry through to vehicle delivery. You will build strong relationships, understand customer requirements, present suitable vehicle solutions across our range of brands, and deliver an exceptional customer experience every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities

- Build solid relationships with customers and deliver a personalised buying experience
- Present and demonstrate vehicles across our Nissan, Kia, Isuzu Ute, and Used Vehicle range
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle solutions
- Manage customer enquiries and proactively follow up on sales opportunities
- Achieve individual sales targets and key performance indicators
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process
- Maintain accurate customer records and communication

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:





- Proven experience as a Vehicle Sales Consultant with a track record of achieving sales targets
- A motivated, driven, and results-focused mindset
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- The ability to build rapport, identify customer needs, and close sales opportunities
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
- Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups
- Availability to work weekends and a current driver’s licence
