About the Role:

As Store Manager & Lead Barista, you are the point of contact for the team and will be at the forefront of daily operations,



leading and inspiring our team to delivering exceptional customer service. You’ll lead by example, creating a positive and energetic workplace, while ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

Your Responsibilities:

- Confident on the coffee machine, delivering great coffee in a fast paced environment.
- Lead and manage a talented team, delivering outstanding customer experiences every time.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the venue, ensuring consistency and high standards.
- Work closely with the owner to set and achieve business goals.
- Identify areas for improvement and proactively implement solutions.
- Maintain high standards of organisation and presentation across the venue.
- This is a hands-on role – Industry experience is a must & Barista experience is highly suggested.

- A passion for exceptional customer service and a commitment to creating positive experiences for both staff and customers.
- Experience and enthusiasm in the hospitality industry, with the ability to inspire, train, and motivate a team.
- Solid communication skills to effectively manage interactions between front and back of house.
