About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Verification Services Administrator to join our Assessment Services team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

This newly established role will provide high-level administrative support to the Verification Services team and play an important part in supporting international medical graduates through the verification and assessment process.

Working closely with the Manager, Verification Services, you will be responsible for processing applications, maintaining accurate records, responding to stakeholder enquiries,



and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service delivery and the candidate experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for an administration professional who enjoys working with complex information, maintaining high levels of accuracy, and building strong relationships with stakeholders.

This position is offered as a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of extension or conversion to an ongoing role, subject to organisational requirements.

Responsibilities:

- Process portfolio applications and supporting documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Manage verification requests and related correspondence with domestic and international stakeholders.
- Maintain and update candidate records and assessment outcomes.
- Respond to enquiries from candidates and stakeholders in a professional and timely manner.
- Support quality assurance activities and document verification processes.
- Assist with the issuance and verification of AMC-related documentation.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and administrative system enhancements.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support project activities involving system developments and process automation initiatives.
- Identify risks and contribute to continuous improvement across Verification Services operations.





About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Experience in an administrative, customer service, coordination or processing role.

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage complex information accurately.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management capabilities.
- Sound information technology skills and experience working with databases and business systems.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Flexibility for interstate travel and extended hours/weekend work.
