About the Role

We're looking for Vineyard Operators and Vineyard Removal Workers to join our team in the Langhorne Creek wine region. This hands-on role supports both ongoing vineyard maintenance and vineyard removal works and is available for an immediate start.

You'll work under supervision to carry out vineyard operations and removal activities to a high standard of quality, safety, and sustainability. The role includes a range of tasks, from manual labour through to machinery operation.

Key Responsibilities Include:

- Carry out allocated vineyard operations and vineyard removal activities within established guidelines.
- Safely operate and maintain vineyard equipment and machinery, including forklifts where required.
- Report any issues or anomalies promptly to your supervisor.




- Communicate effectively with your supervisor, team members, and contractors.
- Uphold health, safety, quality, and environmental standards at all times.

What You'll Bring:

- Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
- Current driver's license.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and overtime as required.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Available for an immediate start.

Highly Desirable:

- High Risk Forklift Licence (LF)

Desirable:

- Previous vineyard, viticulture, or agricultural experience.
- Experience with vineyard removal or land-clearing work.
- Excavator licence and experience.
