Full-Time Join One of Australia's Highest Volume Victoria's Secret Stores An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Retail Visual Merchandiser to join our high-performing team at Victoria's Secret Pacific Fair.

This is a pivotal role within one of our busiest stores, where you'll bring the Victoria's Secret brand to life through inspiring visual presentation, exceptional execution, and strong commercial awareness. Working closely with the Store Manager and leadership team, you will create an engaging shopping experience that drives sales while maintaining our global visual standards.

As the Retail Visual Merchandiser, you will:

Execute Victoria's Secret's global visual merchandising standards across all product categories.

Plan and deliver seasonal launches, campaigns and promotional activities.

Maintain exceptional in-store presentation that enhances the customer experience and drives commercial results.

Analyse sales trends and customer behaviour to optimise product placement and visual impact.

Partner closely with store leadership to maximise business opportunities.

Coach and develop the team on visual merchandising standards and best practices.

Coordinate floor moves, window displays, fixture updates and merchandising initiatives.

Ensure all visual standards are consistently maintained in a high-volume trading environment.

About

You

We're looking for someone who has:

Previous Visual Merchandising experience within fashion,



beauty or specialty retail.

Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment.

Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret sales performance and customer trends.

Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.

Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.

Confidence prioritising multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

A proactive, hands-on approach and passion for delivering exceptional retail experiences.

Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop or InDesign) is advantageous but not essential.
