Victoria’s Secret is looking for a hands-on Visual Merchandising Supervisor to own the look and feel of our Pacific Fair store on the Gold Coast – one of our busiest, high-volume locations.

This role is perfect for a Visual Merchandising Manager or lead in a smaller-scale environment who is ready to step into a flagship-level leadership role. Here, you’ll combine creativity, leadership, and hands-on execution to deliver visual experiences that wow our customers every day.

What Makes This Role Unique:

- It’s hands-on – you’ll be on the floor, moving props, adjusting layouts, and keeping the store fresh every day.
- Fast-paced & ever-changing – no two days are the same, with frequent VM updates, seasonal campaigns, and product launches.
- You’ll lead visual execution while guiding the team to maintain world-class standards.
- You’ll collaborate closely with store leadership to ensure every display drives engagement and sales.

Your Impact:

- Transform the store with captivating windows, inspiring product presentations, and constantly refreshed displays.




- Own the visual details – fixtures, props, signage, and floor sets – keeping everything on brand and ready for the customer.
- Lead the team on the floor, coaching them to understand and execute the Victoria’s Secret visual story.
- Execute brand initiatives quickly and flawlessly, ensuring Pacific Fair stands out as a must-visit destination.
