This isn't your typical Visual Merchandising role. As our Visual Merchandising Manager - Licensed Brands, you'll help shape the visual direction of some of the world's most recognised sports and lifestyle brands, including Reebok, Champion, Superdry and others.

Working alongside senior leaders across Marketing, Retail, Planning and Product, you'll influence how our brands come to life across concept stores, outlet stores and key wholesale partners including Myer and David Jones.

This is a rare opportunity to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, helping evolve the customer experience while driving commercial performance across a growing brand portfolio.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Develop and deliver the visual merchandising strategy across Reebok, Champion, Superdry and Ellesse

Create seasonal product stories, mannequin styling, window concepts and merchandising direction

Partner with senior leaders across Marketing, Planning, Retail and Product to bring campaigns to life in-store

Lead model store set-ups and produce inspiring VM guidelines for stores across Australia and Recent Zealand

Influence store layouts, fixtures and customer experience for new stores, refurbishments and concessions

Drive consistent execution across concept, outlet and wholesale stores, including Myer and David Jones

Analyse sales performance and customer trends to continually optimise merchandising decisions

Coach and develop retail teams through training, feedback and best practice visual merchandising

ABOUT YOU

5+ years' Visual Merchandising leadership experience within fashion,



apparel or sports retail

Experience developing VM strategy as well as delivering exceptional in-store execution

Strong commercial mindset with the ability to use data to influence merchandising decisions

Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders across multiple functions

Experience creating VM guidelines, seasonal presentations and visual communications

Strong styling eye with a passion for fashion, retail and customer experience

Proficient in Adobe InDesign, with SketchUp experience highly regarded

Organised, proactive and confident managing multiple brands and priorities
