We are seeking a confident and inspiring Victoria’s Secret Lingerie Sales Leader (VSL) to join our Emporium Melbourne store. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on the shop floor, leads with empathy, and is passionate about delivering premium lingerie fitting experiences.

About the Role As a Victoria’s Secret Lingerie Sales Leader, you will:

- Lead from the front on the sales floor, delivering confident, personalised lingerie fittings
- Coach, develop, and inspire your team to achieve sales, conversion, and service targets
- Uphold Victoria’s Secret brand standards, visual presentation, and fitting excellence
- Build strong customer relationships through expert product knowledge and body-positive service
- Support day-to-day operations while contributing to a high-energy, inclusive team culture

About You You’ll succeed in this role if you:

- Have experience in a high-volume, customer-focused retail environment, ideally lingerie or apparel
- Are a natural leader with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop others
- Are confident delivering intimate and personalised customer experiences
- Bring a solutions-focused mindset, adaptability, and strong emotional intelligence
