Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the construction and maintenance of walking tracks
- Perform manual labour tasks including heavy lifting
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively (tools supplied)
- Work as part of a team in outdoor and sometimes remote locations
- Set up and pack down work sites, including camping when required
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times

Requirements

- Positive level of physical fitness and ability to perform heavy manual work
- Enjoyment of outdoor work in all weather conditions
- Willingness to camp overnight when required
- Reliable, hardworking and able to follow instructions
- Experience in labouring, construction, or trade work is an advantage but not essential
