As our sustained growth continues, we are introducing a new position to support our multiple major Data Centre projects. We’re looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced building materials setting.

You will embody an Inspirational approach to work.

- Oversee all daily warehouse operations including receiving, dispatch, storage, and distribution
- Lead and motivate a small warehouse team in a hands-on capacity
- Manage inventory control, stock movements, replenishment, and stocktaking
- Unload containers and trucks safely and efficiently
- Maintain high housekeeping and safety standards
- Optimise warehouse layout and space utilisation
- Collaborate closely with Trade Partners and project teams
- Ensure compliance with WHS, quality, environmental, and company policies

What you’ll bring:




- Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager and knowledge of building materials
- Proven ability to plan and execute complex, multi-phase plans while adapting to changing project requirements.
- To be confident with technology, including tracking logistics, using MS Office and our CRM, and maintaining accurate records.
- Demonstrated leadership and people management experience
- Current LF Forklift License (essential)
- Valid Victorian (or Australian equivalent) Driver’s License
- Experience using warehouse management systems or inventory software
- Strong organisational, problem-solving, decision-making and communication skills
