Vanguard Media Group are currently seeking a reliable and dedicated Warehouse and Delivery Assistant to join our team.
We are a media services company that delivers integrated print, publishing, design and distribution solutions to connect brands with customers. With more than 50 years of experience in print, you’ll be joining a growing team who are friendly and passionate about their work.
The role is best suited to a candidate who enjoys hands-on work, holds a strong attention to detail and can work both independently and as part of a team. The candidate must be able to work efficiently and above all, support the wider team as required with tasks across multiple areas, including picking, packing and delivery.
About the Role

· Based in Northbridge
· Monday – Friday, 8am – 4pm
As part of the distribution and dispatch teams at Vanguard, you’ll be working to ensure warehouse operations run smoothly and efficiently, as well as providing support to the wider team as required.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assist with picking, packing and dispatching orders.
- Assist with delivery of orders across Perth and surrounds.
- Provide general support to the wider Vanguard dispatch team.
- Loading and unpacking freight.
- Shipping preparations including labelling.
- Adherence to safety regulations.
- Inventory and stock take.
About you:
- Holds a current Driver’s License (Manual would be preferred).
- Works well with others and as a team player.
- Able to absorb, process and apply new information.
- Motivated and adapts easily to recent challenges.
- Excellent time management skills with high cognitive agility; able to prioritise tasks as required and think on the go.
- Forklift ticket is desirable, but not required.
- Physically fit, able to lift boxes between 10 – 20kg.
- Previous work in a warehouse desirable.
- Police Clearance or willing to obtain one.
