Adroit Piping Systems is Australia's leading manufacturer, fabricator and supplier of HDPE piping systems, servicing the civil, mining, water, industrial and infrastructure sectors for over 30 years. With continued growth across Queensland, we're looking for an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead our Queensland warehouse team and drive operational excellence.

About the Role

As Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of warehouse operations, ensuring the safe, efficient and accurate movement of stock while maintaining outstanding customer service levels.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor and develop the warehouse team.

- Oversee inbound and outbound freight, receiving and dispatch.

- Maintain inventory accuracy through effective stock control and cycle counts.

- Coordinate warehouse resources to meet customer delivery requirements.

- Ensure compliance with WHS policies and safe work practices.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity.

- Manage warehouse equipment, storage and housekeeping standards.

- Work closely with sales, fabrication,



logistics and production teams to achieve business objectives.

About You

You are an experienced warehouse leader with strong organisational skills and a practical, hands-on approach.

You'll ideally bring

- Previous experience managing warehouse operations.

- Solid leadership and people management skills.

- Experience using warehouse management or ERP systems.

- High attention to detail and excellent organisational ability.

- A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to work across multiple departments.

- Current Forklift Licence (essential).

- Experience in industrial products, manufacturing, plumbing, piping or construction supply industries will be highly regarded.
