About the Role

Vivad is looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead the operations of our twin warehouse facility in Campbellfield.

This is more than a traditional warehouse role. As our business continues to grow, we're looking for someone who can bring strong leadership, introduce best-practice warehouse processes, and build a high-performing team that supports our production operations and delivers outstanding customer service.

You will lead a team of seven employees and be responsible for the end-to-end management of warehouse operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, efficient goods movement, and achievement of our 100% DIFOT (Delivered In Full, On Time) objective.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, coach and develop a team of 6 warehouse employees.

- Manage all inbound and outbound goods across two warehouse locations.

- Ensure inventory accuracy through effective stock control and cycle counting.

- Implement warehouse systems and processes that improve efficiency, accuracy and productivity.

- Coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.

- Work closely with Production, Purchasing and Customer Service to ensure materials and finished goods are available when required.

- Manage relationships with freight providers to ensure cost-effective and reliable deliveries.

- Monitor warehouse KPIs including DIFOT, inventory accuracy, picking accuracy and productivity.

- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives that reduce cost and improve service.

- Maintain a safe workplace and ensure compliance with all health and safety requirements.

About You





You are an experienced warehouse leader who enjoys improving systems, developing people and driving operational performance.

You'll also have

- Previous experience as a Warehouse Manager or Senior Warehouse Supervisor within manufacturing, logistics or distribution.

- Demonstrated experience implementing warehouse processes and driving continuous improvement.

- Strong understanding of inventory management and warehouse best practice.

- Experience using ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

- Excellent leadership, communication and coaching skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with confidence using warehouse data and KPIs.

- A proactive, hands-on leadership style.

- A sound understanding of workplace health and safety.

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Supply Chain, Logistics or Operations Management
