Working Hours This is a full-time position but your standard days of work may vary week to week, as such availability across a 7-day roster is essential. Shift times will vary but will usually include an early morning start, late finishes, weekends, and different start and finish times.

The Role

Basic Responsibilities:

- Coordinate the receival, storage and dispatch of cargo in line with operational procedures and OH&S; requirements.
- Safely load, unload and handle cargo, including manual handling of items up to 20–30kg.
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment, including completing routine safety and equipment checks.
- Accurately pick, pack, label and process cargo, including dry, chilled, frozen and perishable goods.
- Manage incoming deliveries and maintain accurate records and warehouse documentation.
- Liaise with customers, transport providers and team members to support efficient cargo operations.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe work environment.

ABOUT YOU We are looking for motivated individuals, preferably with some experience working in a similar warehouse environment. Required Skills & Experience:





- Previous warehouse, freight, logistics, or airside experience preferred
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Strong focus on safety and following procedures
- Comfortable with manual handling and heavy lifting*
- Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced environment
- Willingness to learn air cargo handling and aircraft loading procedures
- Positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team
- Comfortable working across a variety of environments, including ambient, chilled, and cool room facilities

*This role involves regular manual handling tasks, including lifting, carrying and moving heavy items up to 20-30kg. Candidates must be able to safely perform these inherent requirements of the position.

Required Licences:

- Current LF Forklift Licence
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence without restrictions and own transport
- Current ASIC (must be eligible to obtain)
