About the Role:

We are seeking a full-time motivated and reliable Warehouse Operator to join our busy warehouse team in Wyong. This hands-on role is critical to ensuring the accurate receipt, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of products while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and customer service.

We are currently looking for candidates for the afternoon shift Monday to Thursday, 1:30pm - 10:00pm & Friday 12pm – 6pm (plus 15% shift loading).

Key Responsibilities:

· Receive, unload, and store incoming stock and materials

· Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently

· Prepare cartons and pallets for dispatch

· Load and unload trucks and containers using warehouse equipment

· Operate forklifts, pallet trolleys, RF scanners, and warehouse systems

· Conduct stock searches, inventory transactions, and inventory checks

· Record goods received and dispatched accurately

· Complete transport allocations and connotes as required

· Ensure products are stored correctly and warehouse areas remain organised

· Assist with general warehouse operations and support team objectives

· Participate in toolbox meetings and contribute to a positive safety culture

About You:





· Current LF Forklift Licence is required

· High Reach Forklift driving experience is desired

· Pick packing and/or warehousing experience is desired

· Ability to work safely and follow warehouse procedures

· Solid attention to detail and accuracy

· Valuable communication and teamwork skills

· Basic computer skills and confidence using warehouse systems and scanning devices

· A positive attitude and strong work ethic
