About the Company
Our client is an established Australian technology business delivering managed IT services, cybersecurity, telecommunications, connectivity and emerging AI solutions to organisations across Australia.
They’re entering an exciting growth phase and are seeking an ambitious Marketing Coordinator to help build, shape and execute the marketing function across their growing technology brands.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a marketing skilled with 2-5 years' experience who is ready to take ownership of real campaigns and projects. You'll work closely with senior leadership, internal stakeholders, external suppliers, and an experienced marketing advisor to bring ideas to life and deliver impactful marketing outcomes.
About the Role
In this role, you will play a key part in strengthening brand presence, improving customer engagement, and supporting overall business growth across multiple brands within the group. You'll be involved in end-to-end marketing execution, gaining broad exposure,
and the opportunity to directly influence how the client’s businesses are positioned in the market.
Responsibilities
Marketing Operations
- Coordinate and execute marketing activities across the business.
- Maintain marketing calendars and campaign schedules
- Assist with marketing planning and project coordination
- Manage relationships with external suppliers and brief creative partners
- Prepare monthly marketing reports and performance dashboards
Content & Communications
- Create and coordinate content for websites, email campaigns and social media
- Develop case studies, customer success stories, and testimonial content
- Support video, photography, and thought leadership initiatives
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across both businesses
Website & Digital Marketing
- Update and maintain website content, landing pages, and SEO initiatives
- Support lead generation and conversion optimisation activities
- Monitor website performance and assist with digital tool implementation
Social Media & Personal Branding
- Manage LinkedIn activity for company pages
- Support executive (CEO) personal branding and content initiatives
- Schedule content and monitor engagement and audience growth
Events & Partner Marketing
- Coordinate customer events, webinars,
and workshops
- Support partner marketing programs and MDF initiatives
- Manage event logistics and post-event communications
CRM & Marketing Automation
- Manage CRM workflows and marketing automation within GoHighLevel
- Maintain and segment contact databases
- Build and optimise lead nurturing and engagement campaigns
- Ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and campaign performance measurement
- Maintain and update marketing collateral and sales resources
- Support development of presentations, capability statements, and proposal content
- Assist with campaign execution and sales event preparation
- 2-5 years' experience in a digital marketing role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational and project coordination abilities
- Experience managing social media platforms, ideally LinkedIn
- Comfortable using technology and AI tools to improve efficiency, streamline workflows, and support content creation and marketing execution
- Strong attention to detail and confident in managing a broad range of marketing activities, including coordinating photoshoots, updating websites, supporting event execution, developing case studies, and managing marketing automation campaigns
Highly Desirable
- Experience in B2B marketing
- Experience within either technology, telecommunications or professional services industries
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms
- Familiarity with AI tools and workflows (or desire to experiment & learn them)
