We are seeking a high-caliber operational leader ready to champion administrative quality, data integrity, and contract compliance across our vital Community Services division.

Based in Darwin with exciting travel to remote Northern Australia, this role bridges the gap between frontline community programs and corporate excellence.

Your Next Role & Responsibilities





As the central point of accountability for our program teams, you will ensure our administrative systems run seamlessly.

Your day-to-day will involve:

- Operational Leadership: Coordinating centralized admin functions including intake, assessment, and reporting data systems.
- System Integrity: Managing data compliance and accurate records across VETtrak, Supportability, and D365 (invoicing/purchase orders).
- Stakeholder Link: Acting as the key operational bridge between program teams, Finance, the RTO, and executive leadership.
- Compliance & Governance: Maintaining contract reporting schedules, compliance dashboards, grant registers, and audit readiness.
- Team Development: Providing day-to-day coaching, guidance, and quality assurance feedback to administrative staff.

What You Will Bring

We are looking for a proactive problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments. To be successful, you will need:

- Proven Experience: A strong background in a senior administrative, compliance, or operational coordination role.
- Sector Knowledge: Experience with RTO compliance, NDIS systems, or grant-funded programs is highly desirable.
- Tech Savvy: Advanced MS Excel skills and familiarity with database systems like VETtrak or Supportability.
- Cultural Commitment: Genuine cultural awareness, respect, and a commitment to working effectively alongside First Nations communities.
- Qualifications: A Cert IV, Diploma, or higher in Business Administration, Community Services, or a related field is preferred.
