Our client is an established residential builder delivering high quality homes and medium-density residential developments across Sydney. With a solid pipeline of work and several large masterplanned communities underway, they are looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to oversee a flagship residential project in Sydney's Northern Beaches.

Working closely with the Construction Manager, you will take ownership of a large residential development from site establishment through to completion, ensuring homes are delivered safely, on time and to the highest quality standards.

The Role:

- Supervise the construction of a large residential housing development
- Coordinate and schedule daily site activities
- Manage labour and trades, both direct and subcontracted
- Ensure works are completed in line with programme, budget and quality standards
- Liaise regularly with the Construction Manager and key stakeholders
- Keep the business updated on site progress and performance
- Resolve any issues on site while maintaining a safe working environment
- Drive quality,



productivity and customer satisfaction throughout the build process

The Requirements:

- Relevant experience in a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager role
- Strong background within residential construction
- Proven experience delivering high quality residential developments, with exposure to medium-density, masterplanned communities or large scale housing projects.
- Relevant trade qualifications or tertiary qualifications in Building & Construction
- Excellent communication, leadership and time management skills
- Current driver's licence
