About The Role
- Facilitate learn through play programs
- Working with the leadership team to continually improve on any educational planning
- Integrating learning areas into play including language, maths, science, music,etc
- Creating, engaging, and protected learning environments influenced by a play-based approach
- Educational planning, observations and reflections
- Promoting positive interactions in the room
- Collaborating with team to ensure that all feedback is gathered to improve practices
- Advocating and implementing inclusion support
- Engaging with children, families, team members and wider community
You’ll Bring
- Be studying towards a Bachelor or Masters in Teaching Early Childhood Education and wanting to build on your experience
OR
- Are an experienced Early Childhood Teacher looking for their next adventure in an organisation with genuine career growth opportunities
