As an Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of one of our biggest clients in DARWIN, managing end-to-end recruitment while growing and maintaining key relationships. You’ll work closely with candidates and clients alike, ensuring a seamless recruitment process and delivering tailored workforce solutions.

To be successful, you must be comfortable with frequent travel to Groote Eylandt.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage an existing client account within the mining sector, ensuring exceptional service delivery
- Develop strong partnerships and act as the main point of contact for workforce needs
- Drive end-to-end recruitment processes – from sourcing and interviewing to placement and aftercare
- Identify opportunities to grow youraccounts and expand service offerings
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver quality candidates and outcomes

What We’re Looking For:

- Previous recruitment experience (mining or heavy industry experience highly regarded)




- Strong account management skills with the ability to build long-term relationships
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
