Senior Pipe Extrusion Operator (Sign-In Bonus + Relocation to Brisbane)

We're seeking motivated Extruder Machine Operators in PE Pipe Extrusion who are interested in joining a reputable and supportive business based in Redbank QLD.

As an incentive we are offering a Sign-On Bonus for these roles.

$5,000.00 Sign-On Bonus:

$2,500 after 3 months of service

$2,500 after 6 months of service

Key Responsibilities:

Start up, operate and monitor HDPE pipe extrusion lines

Set up and operate automated coiler machines

Conduct regular product checks and record accurate measurements and data

Handle coloured materials for production

Operate forklifts and Hubtex equipment safely and efficiently

Troubleshoot faults and adjust machine settings to ensure quality output

Work on a family friendly rotating shift(8-hour shifts)

Must be available for rotating shift work covering days, afternoons,



and nights

Opportunity for overtime working weekends when required

What We're Looking For:

Current Driver's License – essential

At least 3 years of experience in HDPE or PVC pipe extrusion

Experience in either HDPE/PVC pipe extrusion or injection/blow moulding processes is acceptable

Demonstrated experience in Workplace Health, Safety & Environment (WHSE) practices

Familiarity with AS/NZS4130 manufacturing standards is desirable

Competence using measuring tools (vernier calipers, micrometers, Pi tapes)

Strong mechanical or technical aptitude

A positive, proactive attitude and a solid team spirit

Ability to learn quickly and understand complex production processes

Able to pass pre-employment medical and Drug and Alcohol Screening

Australian work authorisation is required for this position
