About the role
The position is primarily responsible for providing a security presence whilst remaining alert and focused. You will be part of an enthusiastic, committed and customer focused team responsible for providing passenger and baggage screening services at the airport.
- Screening of passengers
- Screening of checked in baggage
- Freight screening
- Security checks of ASIC cards
- Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders
- Complete incident reports as required
- Respond professionally, courteously and promptly to all stakeholder enquiries
To be successful applicants must reside in Karratha.
Skills and experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid WA driver’s licence and working rights
- Cert II in Transport Security Protection (TSP)
preferred (we will train the right candidate for FREE in this qualification)
- Ability to obtain an ASIC Clearance (we will also fund this application)
