Woolworths Group is seeking a hands-on Team Leader to manage cleaning, trolley collection and waste support across stores. You’ll coach and develop a small team, create rosters and work with store leaders to prioritise daily tasks.
You’ll be hands-on, comfortable in fast-paced retail environments, with a focus on safety, quality and customer service. This full time role requires flexibility across mornings, days, nights and weekends and a valid Australian driver’s licence.
