We're looking for a Recruitment Consultant to step into our high-performing team at RED Appointments, based in Darwin, Northern Territory.

You’ll inherit existing client relationships, active vacancies, and a quality candidate network, allowing you to focus on what you do best, building relationships and delivering results.

What you will need....

- Experience in recruitment, working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management and critical thinking ability
- An eye for detail; know how to work and think outside of the box
- Exceptional communication skills
- A drive to learn more and develop yourself professionally
- Key strengths in building and maintaining lasting client relationships
- There is a focus in community service and non-for-profit organisations, so those with qualifications and experience in this space are encouraged to apply.
