Jay Jays is seeking a Store Manager for our Burwood store in Sydney. You will lead a dynamic team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, hit sales targets, and maintain a vibrant store atmosphere. This is a Full Time role with weekend, late-night, and public holiday availability required.

You will drive KPI performance, train and develop staff, manage stock, and keep the store visually on-brand. If you thrive in a rapid-paced fashion environment and enjoy leading a team, apply now.
