Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer / Technical Lead

We are seeking a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer / Technical Lead with strong hands‑on development experience in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Customer Insights – Journeys, and the Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will lead technical delivery, build scalable CRM solutions, and drive enterprise customer engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
- Implement and support Customer Insights – Journeys for real-time and outbound marketing
- Build customer segmentation, personalization, lead management, and campaign automation solutions
- Develop integrations between Dynamics 365, Azure services, and third-party enterprise applications
- Manage multi-channel customer communications across email, SMS, and engagement workflows




- Optimize customer engagement analytics, reporting, and campaign performance
- Mentor development teams, conduct code reviews, and provide technical leadership
- Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions

Preferred Experience

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement implementations in enterprise environments
- Azure Integration Services and enterprise API integrations
- Experience leading Agile delivery teams and mentoring developers

Ideal candidates will have solid hands‑on development expertise, enterprise CRM implementation experience, and the ability to lead technical delivery while driving customer engagement and digital transformation initiatives.
