Our client is growing its major events capability and is looking for a Senior Event Producer to lead the delivery of ambitious public events, greenfield projects and large-scale live experiences.

This is an opportunity to work on projects that transform spaces, bring communities together and create unforgettable moments.

From greenfield event sites and large public festivals through to civic celebrations, sporting events and future major event opportunities, you'll be at the centre of bringing complex ideas to life.

You'll lead multidisciplinary teams, manage significant logistics, navigate multiple stakeholders and ensure every detail is delivered safely, creatively and successfully.

You'll be responsible for

- Leading end-to-end delivery of major public events and greenfield projects.
- Managing complex logistics, production and operational delivery.
- Working with government, venues, suppliers, contractors and key stakeholders.
- Managing project budgets, timelines and risk.




- Leading and mentoring project teams.
- Contributing to proposals and major event opportunities.

You'll bring

- 8+ years' experience delivering major events, festivals, sporting events or public activations.
- Experience managing complex operational environments.
- Strong stakeholder management skills across government, venues and suppliers.
- Excellent project leadership and problem-solving capability.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
- The ability to remain calm under pressure and deliver in high-profile environments.
