Assistant Manager - Wiley Park Hotel

Wiley Park is a suburb in south-western Sydney. Wiley Park Hotel is located 17 kilometres south-west of the Sydney central business district in the City of Canterbury-Bankstown.

Key responsibilities include:

- Manage daily operations across bar, gaming, and TAB sections, ensuring all areas are running smoothly.
- Supervise and support staff, providing guidance to uphold exceptional customer service standards.
- Enforce adherence to company policies and procedures, including cash control and compliance.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.




- Flexibility to work across varying shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
- Rotating rosters offer an prospect to develop expertise in all aspects of hotel management.
- Preferred food & beverage experience in a supervisor role.

The successful applicant will:

- Have Current RSA, RCG & ARCG Competency Cards.
- Be a motivational leader who encourages and develops the team to ensure an exceptional customer experience each time.
- Ideally have a minimum of 1-2 years of management experience in a similar role with a strong knowledge of managing day-to-day operations of a venue with strong and complex trade.
- Have a hands‑on approach in your leadership and management.
- Be friendly, outgoing, and have excellent people skills.
- Have a passion for the hospitality industry with the desire to progress within the company.
- Complete a National Police Check as part of the Employee Due Diligence process.
