Join a well-established private practice in Darwin as an Occupational Therapist working across a generalist caseload. Provide therapy across the lifespan while collaborating within a large multidisciplinary team. Caseloads may be tailored to your experience with a manageable billable target.

This role offers a permanent opportunity with flexibility to consider a 6-month contract.

Key Responsibilities

- in clinic assessments and therapy
- opportunity for community outreach within homes and schools in surrounding communities
- collaborate with speech pathologists and psychologists

Skills & Experience

- AHPRA registration as Occupational Therapist
- Experience with generalist OT caseloads
- Ability to manage a varied client group
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to professional development
- Up to $95,000 + super, pending experience
- 5 weeks annual leave + mental health days
- PD allowance + quarterly team training days
- Full admin support for bookings, billing and paperwork
- Team lunches and regular social events
