Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated, organised and reliable Storepersonto take ownership of our warehouse and yard operations.

The Role
Reporting to the Operations Team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our warehouse, stores and yard, ensuring materials, equipment and consumables are available to support multiple work crews across the Northern Territory.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing materials, tools and equipment for daily work crews.
- Receiving, checking and unloading deliveries against purchase orders.
- Maintaining accurate stock levels and conducting regular stocktakes.
- Ordering materials, consumables and warehouse supplies.
- Collecting materials from suppliers as required.
- Managing weekly fuel deliveries and monitoring onsite fuel bowser levels.
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment.
- Ensuring the yard, storage areas and adjoining council verge are clean, tidy and well presented.
- Assisting with pre-painting doors and other workshop preparation tasks.
- Operating forklifts and loading/unloading vehicles safely.
- Working closely with project managers and supervisors to ensure jobs are supplied on time.
- Identifying opportunities to improve warehouse systems, organisation and efficiency.
About You
- You are a proactive, hands-on team player who enjoys being organised and takes pride in delivering a high standard of work. You can prioritise competing tasks, work independently and communicate effectively with suppliers and operational staff.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar warehouse or storeperson role.
- Current Northern Territory Driver Licence.
- Current Forklift Licence (LF).
- Construction White Card.
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work autonomously.
- High attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- HR Driver Licence.
- Experience in construction, maintenance or infrastructure industries.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems.
- Experience operating plant or loading equipment.
