Kakadu Tourism We're on the lookout for enthusiastic Waitstaff (Food and Beverage Attendant) to join our team at Cooinda Lodge Kakadu, in the heart of Kakadu National Park. Task & responsibilities

- Provide friendly, efficient service to guests in all Food and Beverage venues of the hotel
- Take food and beverage orders accurately, offering recommendations and upselling where appropriate
- Serve meals and beverages promptly to guests
- Maintain a clean and tidy work environment, including tables and service areas
- Follow hygienic food handling and hygiene practices
- Operate within RSA and licensing guidelines at all times
- Assist with the service at special functions and events
- Support team members to ensure smooth day-to-day service

Qualification & experience

- At least 12 months' experience in a restaurant, cafe or bar setting - ideally within a hotel setting
- Sound knowledge of food safety and handling procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificationStrong communication skills,



attention to detail, and a team-first attitude
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and evenings
- Open driver's licence
