In this position you develop and manage the Company's inventory function initially with stores in the Engineering Division
What you will be doing:
- Assist with the development and implementation of the inventory system including critical spares store and consumables.
- Develop inventory procedures including documentation, dispatching, and receiving as per Asset Management Strategy.
- Use of EAM Infor, Microsoft Office, or similar systems to order parts and stock
- Provide stores service daily to users of inventory for the repair of company assets including vessels, containers, forklifts, trucks, and other cargo handling equipment.
- Set and manage inventory levels in accordance to demand and in line with the existing asset strategy.
- Organise and conduct stocktakes at regular basis including reporting on inventory levels and stock variances for Marine and Shoreside equipment regularly.

What we require from you:
- Experience as a store person
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Positive can-do attitude
- A valid forklift license or the ability to obtain
- Maintain a valid driver's license
- Proficient in EAM Infor Inventory Control or similar systems
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
