The Chance:

Seven currently has an exciting opportunity for an experienced ENG Camera Operator to join our dynamic and talented News Team in Perth. We are looking for someone who possesses a high level of creativity and a camera/ editing style consistent with metropolitan television.

What you’ll do:

- You’ll be responsible for filming segments and stories in various locations and aerial footage.
- In addition, this position will also support with editing segments and stories.

What you’ll bring:

- You will be an experienced Camera Operator with a drive and passion for high production quality standards and the ability to think clearly, communicate, and act quickly under pressure requiring minimal supervision.
- You will be an exceptional communicator with strong interpersonal skill and the ability to form credible, productive relationships with Reporters and Producers.
- Experience in News and on-air operations.
- A willingness to travel at short notice to cover breaking news.
- An unrestricted manual driver’s licence.
- Flexibility ability to work irregular hours.
- This position may require some on call/ out of hours work.
