Full-time (Monday to Friday) 8.30am - 5.30pm

About the Role

As the face of our office, your role is key to creating a warm, professional, and welcoming experience for every client, visitor, and team member. Your daily responsibilities will include:

- Answering and directing incoming phone calls

- Greeting clients and visitors with a professional and friendly attitude

- Managing emails and correspondence

- Assisting with general administrative duties and data entry

- Supporting the sales and property management teams with day-to-day tasks





- Maintaining the presentation of the front office

What We’re Looking For

- Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role (real estate experience is a plus!)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Well-presented with a professional phone manner

- Solid organisational skills and attention to detail

- Ability to multitask and work under pressure

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems

- A team player with a can-do attitude!
