As a Web Developer & SEO Specialist you will produce websites to augment and amplify the capabilities of our performance digital marketing. You will identify and resolve technical SEO issues while implementing strategies that grow clients’ organic visibility. By collaborating with our creative and marketing teams, you’ll ensure every website delivers long-term quality, functionality, and measurable success.

What's involved.

- Implementing design concepts, turning visual designs into interactive, user-friendly web pages/sites that align with client and internal expectations.
- Utilise chosen CMS platforms; such as WordPress, Unbounce, Umbraco, and Squiz to create and maintain client websites.
- Developing custom code (HTML, PHP, CSS, JS) to customise and fine-tune websites.
- Collaborating closely, and effectively communicating with our internal Account Managers and Design team to ensure web development projects align with client goals.
- Regularly diagnosing and proactively troubleshooting issues on client websites.
- Running comprehensive website audits and technical maintenance.
- Publish newly written content, including articles and metadata, in-line with the SEO strategy.





We’re seeking candidates with a minimum of 2-4 years experience building through WordPress, as well as an understanding of, or keen interest in learning SEO and CRO principles.
