Ochre Lane is a founder-led Australian premium swimwear and resortwear brand built on considered design, elevated aesthetics.
We're expanding our wholesale presence across the US, Europe, and Australia, and we're looking for a Wholesale Account Sales Manager to drive that growth.
You'll own our relationships with wholesale agencies and boutique retailers across multiple territories. This is a sales role first—you'll hunt for recent retail accounts, proactively move excess inventory, and build direct relationships with retailers. You'll also manage the operational side: agencies, reporting, commission tracking, and sell-through analysis. You're the linchpin between our production and our retail partners.
You'll work closely with our Founder/Creative Director on strategy and with our Head of Operations on execution. This role opens at 28 hours per week with flexibility to scale to full-time based on performance and business growth.
