We are seeking a reliable and experienced Wood shop Production Worker to join our growing manufacturing team.

This is a hands-on role producing high-quality doors and timber products in a busy workshop environment.

The successful candidate will have experience working with operating woodworking machinery and be committed to maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manufacture and assemble timber doors and other timber products

- Operate woodworking machinery including

- Drop saws

- Table saws

- Routers

- Hot door press

- CNC router

- Other timber processing equipment
- Measure, cut, machine, and assemble timber components to specification
- Read and interpret production drawings and job instructions
- Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Assist with general workshop duties as required

Skills & Experience To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous experience in a timber manufacturing environment.




- Proven experience operating drop saws, table saws, routers, and related woodworking machinery
- Ability to accurately measure and work from drawings and specifications
- Robust attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Good understanding of workplace health and safety requirements
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
- Reliable work ethic and positive team attitude
