We're looking for a passionate and proactive Work Health and Safety Advisor to champion a strong safety culture, support our growing national operations, and help shape a workplace where people feel protected, empowered, and proud to work. You will be:

- Working and consulting with the business to create a protected and productive working environment.
- Driving a simplified, proactive, risk based and collaborative safety culture.
- Ensuring WHSE KPI’s, policies and procedures comply with all applicable legislation and standards and are integrated into TMHA safety culture.

Please note this role is based at our Head Office in Moorebank, NSW 5 days per week.

Skills and experience:

- Minimum 3 years of WHSE experience in an Industrial environment
- Previous experience/involvement in achieving WHSE cultural change.
- Previous proven experience in managing and working with an integrated safety management system
- Experience in implementing new safety methodologies and initiatives
- Internal auditing experience (desktop and actual)
- Expertise in workplace incident investigation
- Strong Interpersonal skills:- communication, negotiation, influencing, listening, empathy and flexibility
- Commercial understanding
- Proven problem solving ability
- Project management,



organisational and planning skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
