What You’ll Do As a Functional Consultant specialising in Workday HCM, you’ll help configure, implement and optimise Workday solutions that meet client needs. In this role, you will:

- Support client requirements sessions to understand business processes and translate needs into system outcomes.
- Assist with configuring Workday solutions, following agreed design standards and delivery timelines.
- Develop documentation, training materials and user guidance, and support training sessions with client stakeholders.
- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations and data activities, including testing and issue triage.
- Build your consulting toolkit by identifying opportunities to improve delivery processes.

What You’ll Bring To be considered you will:

- Demonstrate a growth mindset, critical thinking and desire for continuous learning.
- Be a clear and confident communicator who can engage stakeholders,



ask insightful questions and establish trusted relationships.
- Meet the clearance and vetting requirements.
- Hold a relevant degree, or equivalent experience, in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, Commerce or a related field.
- Show genuine interest in Workday and be willing to complete training and certifications as part of your development.

You’ll stand out if you also have:
- Exposure to ERP or HCM platforms such as Workday, SAP, Oracle or equivalent.
- Functional HR knowledge in areas such as Recruiting, Talent and Performance, or Learning.
- Willingness to travel interstate as required by client projects.

Clearance & Vetting Requirements Due to the nature of this work, the successful candidate must be willing and eligible to obtain and maintain an AGSVA security clearance. Eligibility for this process includes holding Australian citizenship.

A Baseline clearance will be sponsored as part of the engagement, and an Australian Federal Police Check is required for this role.
