Location: Melbourne - CBD and Inner Metro suburbs What you will do The Workforce Planning Lead will help plan and support a robust and capable workforce across enterprise technology services, using planning, data and communication skills to improve workforce processes and support informed decisions.

- Support confidential workforce reports, records and business documents.
- Manage complex workforce issues, risks and resource planning activities.
- Maintain accurate workforce data and prepare reports for business needs.
- Provide clear advice on staffing processes, recruitment and related procurement.
- Improve effective workforce processes, policies and procedures. About you A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent work experience is desirable.

Experience in internal recruitment and human resource coordination is also desirable.

You should also have

- Strong experience with human resources processes, systems,



and complex coordination.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
- Sound data management skills with a focus on accuracy, reporting and Microsoft Office.
- Proven problem‑solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement and future planning.

Benefits Ongoing, full‑time role earning $116,413 – $140,849 per year, plus super. Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people are strongly encouraged to apply.
